Sellers: Bring your gently loved, floor-ready items in excellent condition during our designated selling hours. No appointments or drop-offs.

Upon arrival, please scan the QR code at the front desk to check in. Please remain in the store while we review your items. We purchase accepted items outright and offer payment by cash (up to $20) or check (over $20). You may also choose store credit for higher payout, valid for one year from the date of issue.

As we are not a donation center, any items not selected for purchase must be taken with you.

25 Item Limit:

To help us serve everyone efficiently and timely, we accept a maximum of 25 items per visit (approximately two flat-bottom tote bags). Our daily buying capacity is limited, and we appreciate your understanding.

Items Left in Store:

Customers are responsible for picking up any items left at the store within 48 hours. Items not retrieved within 48 hours may be donated at the store's discretion.

Please note: Buying decisions fluctuate based on inventory, seasonality, and customer demand. We may occasionally pause buying or temporarily pause for certain brands, sizes, styles, or categories. Even if an item meets our brand and condition standards, we may be unable to purchase it if we're currently well stocked in that category. 

Before visiting, we always recommend checking our Weekly Updates—posted every week on our Instagram and Facebook—or calling the store before coming in for the most up-to-date information on the brands, sizes, styles, and categories we're currently accepting.

Summer is here! We’re looking for 100% cotton pieces, linens, summer-ready styles, swimwear, vacation wear—and we’re your go-to for Jr. Lifeguards gear (Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach)!

Please ensure items are:

• Current, in-season, on-trend styles
• Sizes Newborn – 12
• Shoes up to size 9
• Freshly washed, neatly folded, and in excellent, floor-ready condition
• Brought in flat-bottom tote bags (no bins or trash bags!)

Note on Sizes: We are not currently buying over size 12, with the exception of select high-end athleisure brands including Alo, Lululemon, and Vuori.

Please note:

🚫 Shoes with excessively worn soles or missing laces

We focus on offering unique, boutique, and premium brands and do not accept big-box labels, including Carter’s, Geranimals, Gerber, Target brands, and Walmart brands. All buying decisions are made at our discretion. For a full list of our favorite and priority brands click here.

Toys and gear must be clean, fully assembled, and in excellent working condition. Batteries must be included (when applicable) so items can be tested during inspection. We cannot accept items with missing parts, broken components, rust, foam deterioration, or deflated tires. 

Baby gear must have been manufactured within the past 5 years.

For larger items, please call or text us before bringing them in to confirm we are currently accepting them.

Final sale. No returns, sold as-is. True ski &/or snowboard wear—designed specifically for snow sports accepted year round. *Regular winter coats, fleece jackets, or general cold-weather gear only accepted during winter season.
