By visiting our store, shopping with us, or selling items to us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All sales are subject to our current store policies, including buying guidelines, return and store credit policies, and final sale items. Policies may change at any time based on inventory or seasonal needs.

La Costa Kids operates as an active buying resale boutique. Items are reviewed in person during designated buying days and times. Acceptance of items is at the sole discretion of La Costa Kids and is based on condition, seasonality, style, and current inventory needs. We do not guarantee acceptance of any items brought in for review.

All pricing, payouts, and store credit amounts are determined by La Costa Kids and may vary based on brand, condition, demand, and inventory levels.

We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase with receipt and tags attached. 

Store credit expires one year from the date of issue. 

Certain items are final sale, including Halloween, Holiday, Ski and Snow apparel, and any items marked as-is. Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

While we carefully inspect items prior to purchase, normal wear consistent with resale may be present.

La Costa Kids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the store.

La Costa Kids reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
